At Boostrapic, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle your orders:
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Methods and Fees
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the items.
- Express Shipping: Available for select items. Delivery within 2–5 business days (additional charges apply).
- White-Glove Delivery: Includes in-home delivery, unpacking, and assembly (optional and subject to additional fees).
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Customized furniture or made-to-order items may take 2–4 weeks to process before shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Delivery to remote or rural areas may require additional time.
Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged during transit or if there are missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
