2. Order Placement and Confirmation

- After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

3. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your order.

4. Custom Orders
- A 50% deposit is required for custom or made-to-order furniture at the time of purchase.
- The remaining balance must be paid before delivery.
- Custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production begins.
5. Cancellations and Changes
- Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may incur a processing fee of 10% of the order value.
6. Return and Refund Policy
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Returned products must be in original condition and packaging.
- Custom or final-sale items are non-returnable.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
7. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship to all 50 states within the U.S. Shipping times and fees vary depending on location and order size.
- Damaged items or delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
