Refund and Returns Policy

At Boostrapic Furniture, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide quality products and service. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms for returning items and receiving refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Customized, made-to-order, and clearance items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support at (269) 948-2522 or info@boostrapic.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any accessories, manuals, or promotional items received.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply for non-defective returns.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order details.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture
  • Clearance and final-sale items
  • Items not in their original condition, including those damaged due to misuse
